About ArbEx

ArbEx is a CDP programme for qualified arbitrators.  It is not a training programme. Hunt ADR does not currently provide arbitrator training, we recommend that if you wish to be trained as an arbitrator you seek guidance from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).  To take part in ArbEx you must have completed an equivalent to CIArb arbitrator training and must have award writing experience.

Successful applicants will receive up to 10 arbitral appointments. Limited places are available on a first come first served basis. A waiting list is maintained. A one-off administration fee is payable upon acceptance on to the programme, depending upon which pathway is chosen.
