Gregory Hunt, Head of Faculty

Gregg is the Manager Director and Head of Faculty for Hunt ADR Limited. He trained as a mediator with The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and with CEDR and is a Civil Mediation Council Registered Mediator and an Accredited Mediator Skills Trainer.  He has delivered training and CPD events in the UK, Europe, the US and the Far East, and has trained mediators in the UK, Poland and Spain.  He is a Member of the CIArb under its mediation and arbitration routes. Gregory acts as assessor on those programmes in which he is not the lead trainer.

 

Sharon Crooks

 Sharon has delivered training and run workshops in corporate and non-profits including Sony, FACT, Hitachi, Connect, FDF, CIPFA, NFU and IA SB for more than 15 years, specialising in leadership, team performance and behavioural effectiveness. She has been a  volunteer Tutor on an accredited Restorative Justice and Victim Awareness course at HMP Brixton since 2012. In 2017 she delivered accredited mediator skills training to BAR students at Manchester Metropolitan University and BPP Law School. Sharon trained as a Civil & Commercial mediator with ADR Group and is a Civil Mediation Council Registered Mediator. She completed her MA in HR in 1991 and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.  She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Civil Mediation Council.  Sharon is an Accredited Mediator Skills Trainer, and holds an adult education PTTLs certificate.

 

Arran Dowling-Hussey

Arran has been in practice as a Barrister, arbitrator and mediator since 2003. Aside from his core work as an ADR lawyer and neutral Arran has significant multi-jurisdictional experience in delivering ADR training. Arran has worked as a lecturer and trainer in countries such as the Republic of Ireland, England, Armenia and Pakistan.  He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Board of Trustees and a former member of their Board of Management. He acts as a reviewer on the Hunt ADR ArbEx Programme.

John Jarrett

John has over 25 years’ experience in management consultancy, training, and interim management specialising in all areas of customer relationship management, stakeholder engagement and managing a service organisation.  He has a proven track record in the development of training, development and culture change programmes.  Previous to his present role his experience includes 16 years delivering service to customers in a wide range of roles. John is currently working as a management consultant at an international law firm.  Responsibilities include managing a service delivery team, reviewing current service delivery processes, and introducing new methods of service delivery. He regularly works as an interim manager and advises organisations on service improvement. Other clients have included IBM UK (Customer Care manager 1991-1994 reporting directly to the board of directors) and Panasonic UK (reporting to the CEO). He is exceptionally experienced in the design, development and running of large stakeholder engagement development programmes (200 – 2,000+ delegates) and has vast international experience in over 20 countries across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia. John has wide experience in all areas of business, private, public and third sector, he is a practiced coach and mentor of those involved in change and an experienced ‘mystery shopper’. John is an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual and strong team player, an excellent communicator at all levels, able to motivate and inspire loyalty, to fit in any organisation and sector.  With great relevance to mediator skills training, John is an innovator who believes in finding a way.

 

Roger Levitt

Roger was a solicitor for twenty five years before he started his career in Mediation. Since then he has regularly assisted providing mediation training and mediation advocacy training courses in the UK.  Roger is an Elite Mediator on the Clerksroom website. He trained with The Academy of Experts and the London School of Mediation in 2009. He is on the senior panels of and is a member of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators as a Mediator and he is a Civil Mediation Council Registered Mediator and on a host of other leading mediation panels. Roger holds an LLB Law Degree from the London School of Economics. He is also a member of the Law Society and The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Academy of Experts. As well as being a trainer for Hunt ADR, Roger is also an assessor.

 

Dr Tariq Mahmood

Tariq, a British national, is dual-qualified in England and Pakistan. He is the Head of the Arbitration & ADR Group at 33 Bedford Row Chambers. He has worked as a barrister, arbitrator, mediator and has a focus on the UK and Ireland, Pakistan, the Gulf and the Asia-Pacific region. He has also assisted the Attorney General of the Pakistan administered jurisdiction of Azad Jammu and Kashmir with the drafting of amendments to its constitution. He is a member of the committee of the Asia-Pacific Forum for International Arbitration and recently worked as a consultant to the Council of Europe on their arbitration training. He is a Hunt ADR Accredited Mediator.

Miglė Žukauskaitė

Miglė is a lecturer in Vilnius University, Faculty of Law, teaching various aspects of civil law as well as preparing students for international mediation competitions.  In 2017 she delivered accredited mediation skills training to Bar students at Manchester Metropolitan University and BPP Law School (London and Leeds). Miglė trained as a Civil and Commercial Mediator with ADR-ODR International and is a Court Mediator, accredited by National Court Administration of Lithuania. Miglė completed her Master degree in Law in 2015 and is currently working on her PhD dissertation in the field of mediation. She is an Accredited Mediation skills trainer.
