Hello and goodbye Rhyl, it's about to get wet as I hit the Irish Sea in aid of UK & Irish Foodbanks

Boosted by the great work done by everyone at Northreach and their #Gifts4Kids3 cycle ride to Basildon Hospital from Lapland, my own #cycleforfoodbanks ride has gathered pace in the last week and I have now completed the Skelmersdale and Rhyl legs and I'm now heading across the Irish Sea en route to Belfast!

Hopefully the high winds will push me along and I will complete this leg before too long. See (or Sea) my progress here.
