Hunt ADR's travel ADR service wins award for Leading Specialists in Travel Dispute Resolution 2021

Updated: Nov 2, 2021

Hunt ADR's travel ADR service, known as Travel Arbitration Commercial Services (TACS) has been named Leading Specialists in Travel Dispute Resolution 2021 at the SME News Greater London Awards.

TACS comprises of a B2C and a B2B scheme. The B2C scheme provides travel arbitration and conciliation services to resolve disputes between holidaymakers and members of ABTA (e.g. TUI, Virgin Holidays, EasyJet Holidays, Jet2holidays, Fred Olsen, Carnival, Lastminute.com and others) and travel companies outside of ABTA membership such as On the Beach, Southall Travel and Love Holidays.

The B2B scheme provides mediation and arbitration service for commercial disputes relating to the travel industry, including but not limited to

  • tour operators & travel agents (including maritime and cruise lines)

  • airlines & airports

  • international & domestic hotels, B&Bs & guest houses

  • hospitality

  • theme parks and attractions

TACS can deal with any commercial dispute or difference. Whilst a dispute or difference could relate to a specific travel contract or service, it can equally relate to disputes or differences between businesses in the sector and their landlords, their office suppliers, their communications providers and so on. TACS is not limited to the UK markets and parties can benefit from New York and Singapore Convention rules.

We would like to thank all our partners who help deliver the services - arbitrators, mediators and the team at CDRL. For more information contact admin@travelarbitration.co.uk.
