This latest initiative from Hunt ADR, the UKs largest arbitration provider by volume, sits alongside its award-winning Travel Arbitration Scheme and its ad-hoc and various scheme operations.
All arbitrators have undertaken at least ten published arbitration awards.
Julia says of her appointment
I am delighted to have been appointed as an arbitrator to the Hunt ADR LCAS List. Commercial arbitration is a practical mechanism of resolving disputes on the merits in a process that is based on party autonomy and control. The Hunt ADR scheme is extremely well-implemented, avoiding the time, expense and uncertainty of court proceedings. I am looking forward to working with Gregg Hunt at Hunt ADR on this new initiative.
