LCAS adds Hadley Lenthall to its list of arbitrators for SME disputes

Hadley Lenthall has been confirmed as an arbitrator under the Hunt ADR Low-Cost Arbitration Service, providing businesses with access to cost effective arbitration to resolve business disputes with a value of up to £50,000.

This latest initiative from Hunt ADR, the UKs largest arbitration provider by volume, sits alongside its award-winning Travel Arbitration Scheme and its ad-hoc and various scheme operations.

All arbitrators have undertaken at least ten published arbitration awards.

Hadley says of his appointment:

I am exceptionally pleased to have been appointed as an LCAS arbitrator. LCAS allows for the simple, cost-effective, timely, final and legally binding resolution of disputes between parties where the amount in dispute is £50,000 or less. Further to completing Hunt ADR’s renowned ArbEx programme in 2020 and as an arbitrator on the Hunt ADR Travel Arbitration Scheme’s panel, this appointment will allow me to continue the development of my arbitration skillset whilst providing businesses with an attractive option for resolving their disputes.
