I had my first 'Mediation Meander' this week.
I have invited anyone who wants to know more about mediation and what I do to join me for a socially distanced walk in a park other other nice venue within an hour of Billericay.
This week I joined Hunt ADR Associate Trainer John Jarrett in the Lee Valley for a meander along the River Lee to the old Enfield Rifle Factory. John and I spent the time discussing a new three day course we are running online next week and generally chewed the cud about how we can work to improve our various training courses.
It's an interesting meander, following the river and canals and learning about the history of the Enfield Rifle Factory and the nearby Gunpowder Mills. There is even a very odd contraption on the river designed to help the survival of the local eels!
