We are a Registered Mediation Provider and Training Provider with the Civil Mediation Council (CMC) and an Approved Provider for the Mediator Network. We are the UKs largest arbitration provider (by volume) and the exclusive provider of arbitration and conciliation services for holidaymakers and travel companies, provided independently via ABTA, the Travel Association.

We are led by Founder & Managing Director Gregory Hunt, a CMC Fellow, who is one of the most experienced professionals engaging in mediation and arbitration services and training today. Our services provide you with choice and options to keep control of disputes in your business.
